No, Crown Pointe does not use any contingency staff. All staff working at the facility are employees of Crown Pointe.
Does Crown Pointe have RNs at the facility?
Yes. There is always an RN in the facility or on call for any patient questions or concerns.
Are the rehabilitation staff employees of Crown Pointe Care Center?
Yes all rehabilitation staff are employed by Crown Pointe Care Center.
Does Crown Pointe offer alternatives to the daily menu?
Yes. Crown Pointe offers an additional bistro menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Residents can also enjoy a special soup of the day for lunch and dinner
Does Crown Pointe Care Center accept residents with Medicaid as their primary payor source?
Yes. Crown Pointe Care Center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance providers.
Does Crown Pointe Care Center offer other in house services?
Yes. Crown Pointe offers in house dental, optometric, audiology, psychiatry, podiatry, lab and x-ray services.
Do residents have a chance to participate in outings in the community?
Yes. Crown Pointe Care Center's activity department schedule's 2-3 outings a week. Residents have the option to enjoy shopping, shows, sporting events, movies and restaurants in the Columbus area.
What are some of the typical activities offered by Crown Pointe?
Crown Pointe offers activities designed to entertain and stimulate the residents and guests throughout the day. Residents have the option to participate in the Red Hatters or Purple Hatters club. Other weekly activities include bingo, cooking, happy hour, musical programs, pet therapy, shopping at the in house "Thrifty Store", massage therapy and numerous outing out into the community.
Can pets visit my loved one at Crown Pointe Care Center?
Yes. Pets are allowed to visit in the facility. Please see the administrator for further details on pet visits.
